Book Your Credentialing Services

Choose the service that best fits your needs. All sessions are held virtually, and confirmation details will be sent to your email after booking.

General Booking Policy – A Partnership In Health, LLC

Effective Date: November 2025

Applies To: All services booked through our website, including consultations, check-ups, and credentialing packages.

 

1. Booking Requirements

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system.

  • Clients must provide accurate contact information and ensure availability at the selected time.

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the specific policy for that service.

 

2. Payment & Invoicing

  • Services requiring payment are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Accepted payment methods include debit/credit card or authorized digital payment through Wix.

  • Once work has begun, all payments are final and non-refundable.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule within the timeframe listed under each individual service policy.

  • Cancellations made after the allowed period or no-shows will result in forfeiture of fees.

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so directly through your confirmation email or by contacting us at info@apartnershipinhealth.com.

 

4. Late Arrivals

  • We allow a 10-minute grace period for most appointments.

  • Arrivals later than 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of our coordinator.

  • Repeated tardiness may result in limited booking access for future services.

 

5. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and fail to cancel in advance are considered a no-show.

  • No-shows for paid services will not receive refunds or credits.

  • For free services (such as Discovery Calls), multiple no-shows may restrict future booking privileges.

 

6. Communication & Documentation

  • All confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups will be sent via email.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and responding to messages promptly.

  • Certain services require signed agreements or intake forms before work can begin; delays in submission may impact timelines.

 

7. Service Timelines

  • Processing times vary depending on the type of service and payer response times.

  • A Partnership In Health, LLC is not responsible for third-party delays once applications are submitted on the client’s behalf.

  • Clients will receive periodic updates on their credentialing or consultation progress.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All client information is kept strictly confidential in compliance with HIPAA and professional privacy standards.

  • Documents and data are securely stored and accessed only for service-related purposes.

9. Professional Conduct

  • We maintain a professional, respectful environment for all clients and staff.

  • Any form of inappropriate behavior or communication may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

 

10. Disclaimer

By scheduling or purchasing a service with A Partnership In Health, LLC, you acknowledge that:

 

  • You have read and agree to all applicable service and booking policies.

  • Our services are administrative in nature and do not replace legal or tax guidance.

  • A Partnership In Health, LLC reserves the right to update these policies as needed to ensure fair and efficient service delivery.
