With nearly a decade of experience in healthcare administration, she has worked across multiple departments—including prior authorization, billing, insurance verification, financial clearance, and credentialing. This diverse background gives her a unique, end-to-end understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle.
Known for her compassionate spirit and relentless work ethic, Shauntilla founded A Partnership In Health, LLC to bridge the gap between overwhelmed providers and the ever-changing demands of insurance payers and regulatory bodies.
When she’s not building systems, managing timelines, or tracking down payers, you’ll find Shauntilla pouring into her community, mentoring others, or indulging in moments of peace and self-care. Although A Partnership In Health, LLC was officially founded in 2025, its roots were planted over a decade earlier. Since 2012, founder Shauntilla Scales has worked across nearly every corner of the healthcare administration field—from prior authorizations and billing to insurance verification and provider credentialing.
Over time, she saw firsthand how stressful and disorganized the credentialing process could be for providers—especially those in small or solo practices without dedicated administrative support. That experience inspired her to build something better.
A Partnership In Health, LLC was created to simplify credentialing, reduce provider stress, and bring more clarity, compassion, and compliance to a complex industry.
Today, the company provides comprehensive credentialing and compliance solutions, including Payer Enrollment, Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment, CAQH Management, and Credentialing Maintenance & Compliance Tracking.
